Poulsbo Farm Kitchen Wedding in the Garden | Gaby + Joe
This beautiful Poulsbo Farm Kitchen wedding was a special one for me. The beautiful bride is my very dear cousin, who's much like a sister, Gaby. Let's go back in time some 19 years ago. I was a pre-teen growing up with two older brothers in Southern Arizona. Always dreaming of having a sister, but instead "dealing with" my older brothers, until my cousin Gaby came to live with us. She was two years older than me, a bit of a rebel from Utah and she became the closest thing to a sister I had (outside of my best friend). We've stayed close over the years, both transplanting up to Washington, where she met Joe at a friends party and their mutual love of all things living and growing was fostered. They have since transplanted together to Iowa as Gaby gets her doctorate and came back to their Poulsbo Farm Kitchen wedding last July. You can see their outdoor engagement session at their Seattle home just days before their cross country move here.
They brought family together to a beautiful outdoor wedding venue Farm Kitchen in Poulsbo where they could enjoy the beauty of the PNW. Both of them being foodies, made choosing Kaspar's catering an important choice for their amazing food. Images of their adventures across the world were highlighted across their reception, along with Joe ranging from clean shaved to full mountain man beard! These two laugh so much, and are connected at such a deep level, that their connection just glowed all day long. Their ceremony in the open field on a hot summer day, shaded partially with an apple tree. The sound of earth and chatter of the people they love surrounded them as they said goodbye to a life alone, and hello to a life full of crazy adventures, love and family. I've known Gabs my entire life, and never seen her happier than when she is with Joe.
